Wyndham Needs to STOP...

Here is a list of things that need to stop at the Wyndham (maybe some of you can relate with your jobs):

  • Stop whining about being 2 minutes late then having no remorse for asking people to stay an extra 15 because you want to leave
  • Stop putting yourself on the schedule when you don't plan on working
  • Stop putting me with people who need more assistance than the people we are assisting
  • Stop letting Tony get away with complaining out loud about every single thing he can think of, 24/7, it's bad for employee morale
  • Stop doing things that you shouldn't be doing then b*tching when somebody corrects you
  • Stop talking behind peoples backs
  • Stop fearing the camera and everything that occurs in front of the camera, it is rarely monitored and only intentionally checked in case of an incident
  • Stop yelling at me for eating a bagel in the lobby but having no problem with me eating from a jar of pretzels because they were provided by a resident
  • Stop the mood swings
  • Stop being upset because I'm reading a perfectly-hidden book while you sit there and read the paper
STOP, STOP, STOP!
