NFL: Saints/Bears - Colts/Pats

2 NFL playoff games today, Saints vs Bears (3pm on Fox) and Colts vs Patriots (6:30pm on CBS Channel 2). I'm hoping for a Saints-Colts Super Bowl.

Super Bowl stuff:
Pregame - Cirque du Soleil
National Anthem - Billy Joel
Halftime Show - Prince and Beyonce Knowles

All Super Bowl data can be found here.

Reason for wanting Saints: New Orleans itself could really use a boost after hurricane Katrina a while back. Also, Brees, Bush, McCallister, and Colston are amazing. Colston is an alma mater of Hofstra University, my alma mater.

Reason for wanting Colts: Other than disliking the Red Sox organization and some of its fans (Patriots are in New England, Massachusets), Peyton Manning deserves some credibility and I would hate to see his abilities questioned.

Game Time for Saints/Bears (3rd - 11:20):
Bears are up on Saints 16-14, a much better score for the Saint's considering they were down 16-0 at one point. Saints have gotten off to a rough start, fumbling 3 times in the first quarter but a strong 80-something run by Bush in the 3rd put them back in the game. Saints have the ball.

(4th - 14:23): Touchdown by Chicago puts the Bears up 25-14.

UPDATE:
The Saints lost to the bears but the most important game was a win for me! The Colts beat the Patriots and are advancing to the Super Bowl! Manning deserves this every bit and his time has finally come. It couldn't have been a more beautiful/breathtaking game. I love watching Brady lose.
