Thank You Pet Supplies

Weeks later, my double-charge from Pet Supplies has been resolved. I bought my mom a gift certificate a few days before Christmas and problems with their computer system lead to a double-charge. I came back about a week later when I noticed it on my credit card bill and they told me they would take my information and credit me back the next week when the lady comes in. The lady came in the next week but they didn't tell me that they needed my credit card to process the credit. Luckily I called back and they told me it didn't go through because they needed my credit card. Thanks for telling me :::sarcasm:::! They got it this time and it showed up on my statement a few days later.
